The start of the project was rough due to it being inherited from another firm and all the progress that was made had to thrown away and migrate everything to another provider.
Along the way, we discovered that our client was not preoperly informed about the capabilities and the limitations of the system and we had to re-adjust the expectations
Fortunately we came to good terms that enabled us to proceeded with the project providing a successful implementation of our client's requirements.
The communication was always clear and we made sure that the client was properly informed for each decision that had to be made.
